Don't drill a hole in the neck of your acoustic guitar for a strap pin! Loop the Gulley Hook to one end of any conventional guitar strap. The soft plastic Gulley Hook fits snugly in the sound hole and wraps around the top of the neck. Fasten the other end of the guitar strap to the end pin at the lower bout of the guitar.
